On JUNE 6, 2010 we successfully held our Second Annual Lake-to-Lake Run/Hike Event 2010 and the 2-mile Around Mauthe Lake Family Fun Walk. Also on that day, participants enjoyed the Spring Nature Fest for all ages which included the following activity areas: Alien Attack, Fascinating Fish, Birds of a Feather and Nature T-shirt Printing.
The race was organized by three non-profit groups. All the proceeds go to support their service projects:
• Friends of the Kettle Moraine for the Henry S. Reuss Ice Age Visitor Center educational displays
• Long Lake Preservation Association for control of invasive exotic species in Long Lake and the state’s Clean Boats Clean Waters Program
• Dundee Long Lake Lions Club for local humanitarian relief and Wisconsin vision services.

You can still show your support for one or more of these groups by purchasing raffle tickets at the Ice Age Visitor's Center near Dundee. Tickets are $2.00 each or 3 for $5.00. First, second, and third place raffle items can be viewed at:
